Our Fees
At Mindfully Forward Therapy, our fees range from $165- $185 per a session. We accept several insurance companies and have Superbill available upon request.

The insurance companies we accept are Regence of Washington, Premera Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna, First Choice Health and Healthcare Management Administrators.
